Do you have a representative in my area?
While we serve a global clientele, we may not have a physical representative in your specific area at this time. However, our dedicated international sales team is equipped to provide efficient support via phone, email, and video conferencing. Please contact us and we will arrange for a suitable sales engineer to interface with you according to your needs.
Do you have what I need in stock?
As FOTMA specializes in custom manufacturing of tungsten, molybdenum, and other refractory metal products, most of our products are manufactured to our customers’ specifications. Therefore, we may not have ready stock of the products you need. However, we may have limited stock of some commonly used raw materials (such as tungsten sheets, molybdenum rods, etc.). Please provide us with your detailed product specifications and requirements, and our sales team will promptly check our inventory and inform you of the lead time.

What if I don't see what I need on your website?

What is the best way to send a print to FOTMA?
To ensure your prints are accurately received by our technical team, we recommend sending them via the following methods:
Email: Attach your drawings (in common formats such as PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, etc.) and send them to our sales email address: bunny@fotma.com or export@fotma.com.
Online Inquiry System: You can upload your drawings directly to our online inquiry system on the website.
Please be sure to include your company name, contact information, and specific project requirements in the email or uploaded file so that we can better assist you.
Quotation & Delivery
When will I receive my quotation?
Wｅ understand the importance of obtaining a quote in a timely manner. Upon receipt of your enquiry and technical drawings, our sales and engineering teams will immediately proceed with an evaluation. For standard products, we typically provide a quotation within 1-2 business days. For complex custom products, a longer timeframe may be required for detailed assessment and cost calculation; we will contact you within 3-5 business days. If you have an urgent requirement, please specify this in your inquiry, and we will do our best to co-operate.
Will I be charged customs fees or duty on international orders?
Yes, international orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other applicable taxes and fees. Customers are responsible for payment of any customs or duty required by their local jurisdiction. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country’s import policies and related fees to prepare your budget accordingly.
How will my order ship?
We will choose the most suitable mode of transport according to your order volume, delivery time and destination. Commonly used international shipping methods include:
Express: For orders with small volume and high demand for timeliness, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.
Air Freight: Suitable for medium-sized orders with some time sensitivity.
Sea freight: for large volume, cost-sensitive orders.
After the order is confirmed, our sales team will communicate with you about the specific shipping method and estimated delivery time, and provide tracking information accordingly.
