Wires & Rods: Ultra-fine molybdenum wires (Ø0.01–3mm) and rods with >99.95% purity, ideal for halogen lamp filaments, electron beam welding electrodes, and medical imaging equipment.
Specialized Forms: Custom crucibles (customizable wall thickness ±0.05mm), ultra-long tubes (length ≤3m, OD 1–150mm), and sinter boats for thin-film deposition.
High-Temperature Mo-La Alloys & TZM Alloys (Mo-0.5Ti-0.08Zr).

Recognizing that precise dimensional accuracy is critical for high-performance refractory metal parts, FOTMA has established a rigorous tolerance control system that allows us to control linear dimensional tolerances to +/-0.01mm or better, depending on our customers’ specific needs. We also have precise control of form and positional tolerances to ensure functionality and assembly of parts. We use high-precision measuring equipment, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), precision calipers, micrometers, etc., to conduct real-time monitoring and final inspection of the machining process to ensure that each delivered part meets strict quality standards.
Advanced processing equipment:
FOTMA continues to invest in the most advanced processing equipment to achieve high-precision machining. We are equipped with multiple precision CNC machining centers, including turning centers, milling centers, etc., which can efficiently complete the machining of various complex shaped parts. In addition, we also have electrical discharge machining (EDM) equipment, including wire cutting and countersunk machines, which specialize.
